Orders
Quotes/Estimates
All written quotations of price (quick quote/official quote) made by Eternal Designs will be valid for a period of 15 days without exception from time quote has been generated by Eternal Designs. Any order placed after the 15-day period will automatically be re-quoted. Prices are based on labor and material costs at the time of the quotation date. Quoted pricing is subject to change pricing based upon final review of order specifications and artwork.
Mockup Approval
Digital mockups are created for each order providing artwork dimensions, artwork placement, ink type and colors, and garment type and colors. All mockups are emailed and must be approved digitally. We strongly suggest reviewing your mockup carefully for spelling mistakes, artwork color correctness, and placement. Once the mockup is approved, your order will be printed as approved. We are not responsible for any orders misprinted after the mockup has been approved that are not caused by a printing issue; but that are due to misspelling or artwork color issues. Orders can be reprinted at your own cost. Mockups are limited to 3 mockup per order. Any mockups provided over the limited number will be billed at a rate of $5.00 per mockup. If you would like to be provided a mockup prior to placing an order, we can provide a mockup for “print ready” artwork after paying a fee $30
Payments
A payment must be made to finalize order details and to get your order moved into production. Full payment is required for orders under $800. For orders over $800 only a 75% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at pickup, or prior to shipping. Eternal Designs CANNOT and WILL NOT begin work on any order without receiving the initial deposit or full payment. All rush orders must be paid in full. All deposits and payments are none refundable 24 hours after been paid. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. Make all checks payable to Eternal Designs. A $35.00 fee is assessed for all cancelled or returned checks. Net 15 and Net 30 terms are provided to approved accounts only. On delinquent accounts (unless specified otherwise) that are 30 days overdue. All open balances are charged to the last card used on file. If the card on file is inactive or one is not listed; a 5% late charge will be added to the order per month, up 90 days. Past 90 days, any order not picked or shipped will be considered abandoned and will be donated.
After Payment
For all approved and deposit/paid orders. There is a 24-hour window to make changes or add products to your order. After 24-hours, any changes made by you, to your project not caused by stock availability, supplier issues, or fulfillment errors will be not allowed without incurring fees. A standard fee of $25.00 is applied to your order, along with any other fees (restock, shipping, etc.) for changes or add-ons made to your order after 24-hours. These fees will be added your invoice or will be invoiced to you immediately if your invoice was paid is full.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at three points during the ordering process. Prior to order approval, after order approval prior to payment, or during the 24-hour window after payment. Beyond the 24-hour window after payment, your order can no longer but cancel and your deposit will be considered nonrefundable. This applies to rush orders as well.
Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders that include specialties inks and add-on services like finishing, or packaging may increase turnaround. Turnaround times does not include time in transit. If there is a hard-due date or if you need your order sooner, you can opt to have your job “Rushed”. Eternal Designs is not responsible for any deadlines missed due to any unforeseen reason including, but not limited too weather conditions, vendor shortages or errors, shipping errors, or power outages. You will be notified of any such delays or issues. Time sensitive jobs should be planned out in advance. Any payments received for any projects after 5:00 PM, will be processed the following business day.
Rush orders
Print quality is our first priority. If we can accommodate a rush order without jeopardizing the quality, we will accept the rush order. Rush orders are subject to rush fees. The rush fee is based on anything sooner than 7 days. The percentage is based on the total sale amount. The rush fee percentages are as follows:
– 6 business days – 25%
– 5 business days – 30%
– 4 business days – 40%
– 3 business days – 50%
– 2 business days – 60%

Shop Hours
Our shop is open from 9:00AM – 5:00PM Monday – Thursday and 9:00AM – 4:00PM on Friday. We can be reached via phone during normally office hours and via text Monday – Friday from 9:00AM – 5:00PM. You can contact us via email anytime.
Holidays
The following holidays do not count as production days toward turnaround time:

Shipping
Shipping cost is not provided within any quick quotes/estimates and is added to the final invoice prior to shipping. Shipping pricing varies depending on location, weight, and priority. Our primary carrier is UPS, although USPS (United States Postal Service) is also used as alternative. The transit time is not included in the calculation of your order turnaround time. Packing
All orders are bulk packaged. Orders that require Individual folding, bagging, and tagging, will be at an additional cost.
Verify your order
Once your order is received, please verify your completed order. You must notify us within 24 -48 hours of the date you receive or pick up your order of any problems such as misprints, missing sizes, etc. For shipped orders, your 24 – 48-hour period will start once we show that your order has been delivered using carrier tracking system.
Returns/Refunds
Please notify us immediately regarding any issues with your order. All Items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Partial returns or orders will result is partial replacement. During our inspection of these garments, if it’s determined that we were at fault. We will reprint all flawed garments within 10 business days (Monday – Friday). Shipping of product does not count towards total replacement days. We do not offer returns or account credit on customer supplied garments. Returns are handled on a case by case bases. All printed product is nonrefundable. A Refund will not be granted under no circumstance for any printed product.
Defects
Eternal Designs is not responsible for manufactured defects in the form of, inconsistent coloring, mislabeled sizes or inconsistencies, loose stitching, holes or tears caused during manufacturing and inconsistent fabric blends or dye issues. We do our best to inspect garments and replace any defected garments before they are printed.
Out of Stock Items
Eternal Designs provides printing on a wide variety of brands, styles, colors, and sizes. Eternal Design does not stock blank garments in house as garments are ordered on a as needed bases. From time to time, vendors may run short or may be completely out of stock of certain items, which could affect your order. Eternal Designs is not held liable for production delays due to product availability or discontinued items. Customers will be notified immediately of any shortage or availability and provided with other options.
Over Run
For every print order we order extra garments to account for potential misprints and issues we may encounter during productions. Occasionally, we print extra, these extra shirts we will just throw into your order. If we do, you are never charged for these.
Under Run (Contract Only)
If the number of garments provided is different from the number you specified on your ordering form. You will be asked to provide additional garments. However, if the number of garments is approved for printing, are printed, the client would only pay for the printed items. In addition, if the order is shorted for failing to provide extras or the accurate number of garments. Then a re-run of the job to fill in shortages will be billed as a separate job at a price relative to the quantity being re-run.
Marketing
All production work is subject to photo and/or video documentation for advertising and demonstration purpose by Eternal Designs unless otherwise instructed.
Apparel
Minimums
1 – 3 print colors = 12 shirts per design
3 print colors and over = 25+ shirts per design
Contract printing = 48+ shirts per design
Provided Garments
Eternal Designs will only accept preapproved supplied garments. These garments must be review by us before we agree to print on them. Eternal Designs is not responsible for garments provided to us for print. We will not inspect each garment provide to us. Eternal Designs is not responsible for replacement or repair of any garments supplied by the client that are misprinted or damaged during the print process. We highly suggest supplying few extra garments of each size for this propose. If these garments are not used, we will send them back along with your order. Eternal Designs reserves the right to refuse any garments supplied by the client that we deem unsuitable for print. The client is responsible for ensuring their garments are free of any defect and flaw prior to delivery. Eternal Designs can only guarantee the print quality.
Spoilage (General/Contract)
Eternal Designs is not responsible for replacement or repair of any garments supplied by the client, misprinted or damaged during the print process. These items will not be replaced or credit under no circumstance. We ask that you supply extra garments if possible, in case of a problem. For contract printing, any misprints under 3% will not be replaced on any customer supplied garments. Any misprints over any over 3%, the cost of the print only, will be credited to your account. For contract printed garments, any Eternal Designs supplied garments misprinted over 1% will be replaced or credited to the client to account.
Garments and subjectivity
Unless specified prior, Eternal Designs will provide any and all garments for each order. We will do our best to assist with the garment selection process by providing any all-digital images of colors, sizing, and other information regarding the selected garment. If garment selection is sensitive, we strongly encourage ordering blank samples of the garments before placing an order. We can’t guarantee that customers will like garment they choose. We can only guarantee print quality. Customer is solely responsible for the garment they select not Eternal Designs.
Artwork
All submitted artwork must be print ready 300 DPI or higher vector-based artwork, in one of the following file formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Adobe Photoshop (.psd), Encapsulated Postscript (.eps), Portable Document Format (.pdf), and Tagged Image File Format (.tif). High resolution 300 DPI photographic raster-based artwork will be accepted. Jpegs are generally not acceptable for quality reproduction work. Microsoft Word (.doc), Excel (.xls), PowerPoint (.ppt), Graphics Interchange Format (.gif), Bitmap (.bmp), Rich Text Format (.rtf) are not acceptable formats. Artwork should be sized to print, and all text must be converted to outline or rasterized. For artwork that is received that is to small of poor in quality, you will be asked to provide better artwork. If better artwork is not received, artwork will be printed as is unless touch ups or clean ups are requested. Small touch ups or clean ups will be performed at no cost (15 mins max time). Total clean up, recreations, or custom creations will be billed at a rate of $50.00 an hour. (Minimum one-hour) This fee will be discussed and approved with you before we start. Artwork fee must be paid in full and is nonrefundable due to cost for time. Turnaround time of artwork is typically 2-4 business days, although this time can vary based on the job.
Artwork Submission
Artwork can be submitted to us in a number of ways:
-Email artwork (24MB or less) to orders@eternaldesigns.co.
-Send a shared link to us using, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Hightail for us to download artwork.
-Bring in your artwork on a portable thumb drive
Art Creation and Ownership
The designs, original artwork, electronic proofs, print-ready PDFs, and all other files created by Eternal Designs, LLC are protected by Federal Copyright Law and may not be reproduced, manipulated, reworked for other purposes, edited, submitted to any contests, or shared in any manner without our explicitly written permission. Rights to the artwork can be purchased at additional cost.
Artwork created and summitted for the sole purposes of print by you, will be acknowledge by Eternal Designs as “your artwork” which you are the 100% the owner of or responsible for. We will not reproduce or sale your artwork not without written consent. Eternal Designs will not print trademarked artwork without written consent.
Artwork placement
Artwork placement shown on digital mockups should be considered as the approximate print placement not actual print placement. Garments come in all different styles, sizes, and shapes and is a movement, stretchable canvas which could alter the actual print placement of artwork. We do our best to ensure artwork is printed and placed in the desire print location. Note, it is the customers responsibility to provide details regarding print placement and size. If no details are provided, Eternal Designs will choose best placement and size for any artwork provided. The actual print size will vary based on the size of the garment. Any printing on or over seams or zippers will likely result in printing inconsistencies and distortion. These inconsistencies are considered accepted goods and will not be considered misprints.
Images size
The image size of artwork is printed the same size of all garment sizes, unless otherwise specified. Different image size artwork will be billed as a separate order is applies to youth and toddler sizes.
Waterbase and Specialty inks
The use of discharge ink is suggested for 100% cotton garments only. Standard waterbase ink can be printed on cotton and blends. Due to the inconsistent nature of discharge printing Eternal Designs is not responsible for variations found in the print. Refunds will not be issued because of these variations. Exact Pantone matching can be difficult depending on the garment, although we will work to get a close possible. Exact color matching in not guaranteed. If you decide to choose this method of printing be aware there is a high chance of spoilage due to issues that may arise during the discharge process. Customer should consider adding extra garments for this purpose. Note, with the use of waterbase and discharge inks there will be some small amount of wash out which will cause the print to fade slightly over time. We are no responsible for fading prints or weathering goods. Garments with foil, metallic inks or other specialty embellishing should be washed inside out to maximize wash ability and longevity of the print.
Custom Color Matching
All colors in a design will be matched to the closest in-house stock color. For specific colors please submit the Pantone number. For colors in a design that is not available in house, custom Pantone color matching is available at additional cost.
Disclaimer
Eternal Designs reserves the right to refuse service without explanation. Eternal Designs reserves the right to change pricing and terms without notice. These terms and conditions describe your rights, responsibilities, cost, and what you can expect from Eternal Designs regarding this service. The approval of any quotes or invoices constitutes your acceptance of, and legally binding agreement to, these terms and conditions. Eternal Designs reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions written above at any time at our sole discretion.
